LAUDE selected in the second Open Call of 6G-BRICKS

Our project was one among eleven selected from over forty proposals from across Europe.

Our proposal was selected to be integrated into the 6G-BRICKS consortium testbeds to accelerate the development and validation of key enablers.

The goals of the 6G-BRICKS initiative include delivering an evolvable 6G experimentation facility linking two testbeds, validating advanced use cases in holographic communication, metaverse and digital twinning, and supporting disaggregated, programmable SDIs using virtualisation, softwarisation and O-RAN interfaces. The project also aims to provide fully decentralised management based on Explainable AI, enable a Compute Continuum abstraction for disaggregated X-Haul, and push forward breakthroughs like Distributed Cell-free and RIS. It further ensures a secure, trusted and multi-tenant experimentation environment, while maximising impact through broad dissemination, standardisation and exploitation efforts.

Our project focuses on adaptive, secure and low-latency 6G communications tailored for industrial environments. The funding will allow LAUDE to validate its technology in real testbed conditions and collaborate with key consortium partners.

Through these initiatives, we consolidate our commitment to applied research and the development of advanced solutions in the field of future telecommunications, in line with the raison d’être of our Innovation Lab: solving real problems, creating value and turning needs into opportunities for growth. This selection confirms LAUDE’s commitment to applied research and to advancing next-generation telecommunications.

Shall we talk?
