The Challenge
The local government of a city required the development of a communication system with citizens that would provide access to information on urban services, as well as the communication of incidents related to them.

Our solution has saved time in the management of incidents reported by the public and has improved response times, offering a value-added service to the public.
How we did it
- Implementation of a tool helping local technicians to consult, compile and update in real time the municipal information associated with the main municipal urban services.
- Access for citizens to the possibility of interacting with the institution by consulting and sending information, thus facilitating their participation in municipal management.
The technological stack used consists of Angular 5 in the front-end and NodeJS in the back-end.
We opted for development in native iOS and Android technologies to meet the technical requirements and the entire infrastructure was deployed on the client’s own systems. In addition, we implemented a Kubernetes cluster to automate application deployment and auto-scaling.
