- Ensure the availability of information systems, both in the services offered to customers and in internal management.

At LAUDE, we recognise that Artificial Intelligence is a strategic enabler that must be managed responsibly. Our AI Management System (AIMS), with the scope of “Design, development, implementation and maintenance of artificial intelligence solutions and AI inference services”, and integrated into our overall Integrated Management System (IMS), requires a firm commitment to the responsible, ethical and secure development and use of AI, based on the following principles, which complement those relating to quality, information security and the IMS:
- Governance and human oversight: Establish clear roles and responsibilities for AI systems, ensuring appropriate human oversight and the ability to intervene in automated decisions.
- Transparency, fairness and privacy: Provide clear information on how our AI systems operate and their limitations, preventing unfair bias and protecting personal data throughout the entire lifecycle.

Finally, the OSH scope of LAUDE’s activity, the social and business architecture, current legislation, external and internal trust building and ethical principles, are some of the motivations for positioning OSH as a priority requirement for LAUDE, with the following principles:
- Commitment to provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and health impairment that is appropriate to the purpose, size and context of the organization and the specific nature of its OSH risks, and its OSH opportunities.
- Commitment to eliminate hazards and reduce risks to occupational safety and health.
- Commitment to consultation and participation of workers and, where they exist, of workers’ representatives.
This integrated policy of quality, environment, information security, occupational health and safety, and AI is the reference framework used by management for setting and monitoring annual objectives and is reviewed periodically to maintain its adequacy and validity.
All members of LAUDE assume these principles and the responsibility to put them into practice.
Management will promote the improvement of the system, and will allocate the necessary resources to ensure its successful implementation in LAUDE.
