Management of the Incident Service of a Local Authority

The Challenge

The local government of a city required the development of a communication system with citizens that would provide access to information on urban services, as well as the communication of incidents related to them.

How we did it

  • Implementation of a tool helping local technicians to consult, compile and update in real time the municipal information associated with the main municipal urban services.
  • Access for citizens to the possibility of interacting with the institution by consulting and sending information, thus facilitating their participation in municipal management.

The technological stack used consists of Angular 5 in the front-end and NodeJS in the back-end.

We opted for development in native iOS and Android technologies to meet the technical requirements and the entire infrastructure was deployed on the client’s own systems. In addition, we implemented a Kubernetes cluster to automate application deployment and auto-scaling.
